The Diversity and Inclusion (D+I) Committee exists to holistically deepen its understanding of and take action toward what it means to be a truly inclusive Bar Association that embraces and promotes diverse members of the legal community without limitation to race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, nationality, age, disability, marital or parental status and socio economic background. The Committee serves the Cincinnati Bar Association by setting goals, implementing programs and procedures, providing oversite and responsibility, and measuring progress on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
