AN INTENSIVE PARTICIPATORY PROGRAM IN TRIAL SKILLS
PROGRAM
In this week-long program, trial attorneys will learn by doing by working through exercises on and performing opening statements, closing arguments, direct and cross examination,
and demonstrative evidence. After each performance, participants will have the unique opportunity to receive individual mentoring and immediate, constructive critiques from experience trial lawyers. The program culminates with participants trying the case before a jury and real judge.

LOCATION
Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse and the Hamilton County Courthouse in downtown Cincinnati.
CREDIT
Over 20 hours of CLE credit is anticipated for Ohio and Kentucky. Documentation will be provided for self-reporting to other jurisdictions.
