Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) “waivers” allow people with developmental disabilities maintain a meaningful life in the community. This session will give participants a deeper understanding of the legal framework for various waivers, how waivers are admin- istered for people with developmental disabilities, and how to maximize services received by waiver recipients.
