Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation, preventive advice, and counseling. She has handled discrimina- tion, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts before administrative agen- cies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. She also participates in the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers with the Cincinnati Bar Association.
