Whitt
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething
& Klekamp PLL (KMK Law) welcomed four new
partners. Alison M. Huenefeld and Christo-
pher M. Jones join the firm’s Labor &
Employment Group, Vince Jabour joins the Real
Estate Group and Jerad Whitt joins the Busi-
ness Representation & Transactions Group.
Huenefeld assists clients in all stages of work-
place disputes. She has extensive experience
counseling clients regarding hiring and firing
issues, disciplinary matters, and compliance
questions. Huenefeld also assists employers with
drafting policies and procedures. Huenefeld is
licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
Jones focuses his practice on litigating and
advising clients regarding issues within the
workplace. He counsels clients regarding hiring
and firing issues, disciplinary issues, employ-
ment agreements, whistleblower complaints,
and employment policies and procedures,
including employment handbooks. Jones is
licensed to practice law in Ohio and West
Virginia. Jabour practices in KMK’s Real Estate
Group where he represents both businesses and
individuals with a wide range of real estate and
general business law matters, including acqui-
sitions, sales, and tax deferred exchanges.
Jabour’s practice focuses largely on real estate
financing matters. Jabour earned his J.D. from
the University of Cincinnati College of Law and
his B.A. from Fordham University, cum laude.
Jabour is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Whitt
practices in KMK’s Business Representation &
Transactions Group with a concentration in
commercial finance and banking. He assists
lenders, borrowers, finance companies, lessors,
lessees, and investors in connection with a
variety of secured and unsecured debt financing
and equipment leasing transactions. He also
also provides practical advice and advocates for
clients involved in venture capital transactions,
mergers and acquisitions, and general corpo-
rate matters. Whitt earned his J.D. from the
University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum
laude, and his B.A. from the University of
Kentucky. Whitt is licensed to practice law in
Ohio and Kentucky
