Attorneys helping clients navigate long-term care eligibility may see delays or difficulties for clients in obtaining in-home care once eligible for Medicaid PASSPORT. By understanding the
process of how Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio connects beneficiaries to providers, attorneys will be able to properly
set their client’s expectations as well as better assist clients in receiving the care they need under the PASSPORT program.
