ASSOCIATION
   Marianna Brown Bettman
Professor Bettman taught at the U.C. College of Law from 1999 to 2016. She has been recognized at every level for her teaching excellence by the OSBA and the CBA for her contributions to the legal profession. The College’s Judge-in-Residence
Program was directed by Professor Bettman, as well the Judi- cial Extern Program, where she worked closely with the Center for Professional Development to create placements for UC Law students in judges’ chambers. Professor Bettman was the first woman elected to the Ohio First District Court of Appeals. She was also a candidate for the Ohio Supreme Court. Since her retire- ment, Bettman has been a volunteer in the Hamilton County Help Center. She’s been involved with the CBA for more than 40 years. Her favorite thing to do in Cincinnati is attend a Linton Chamber Music Concert.
Megan Frient
Megan is Director and Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation & Dispute Resolution at Procter and Gamble. She’s responsible for management and strategy of P&G’s litigation matters, primarily in the areas of class actions, mass torts, commer-
cial disputes, antitrust issues and trademark infringement. Megan is excited to grow her involvement with the CBA. Her favorite thing to do in Cincinnati is visit the Loveland bike trail with her family.
Jon Kelly
Jon focuses his practice on employment law and litigation. He has a range of expe- rience in employment defense, including contentious, high-profile discrimination cases under Title VII, multi-plaintiff wage and hour suits, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and
various state laws. He has helped guide and manage disputes at every stage of litigation, from initial investigations through trial. His favorite things to do in Cincinnati are walk around Smale Park, canoe on the Little Miami, and visit King’s Island.
Tony Osterlund
Tony is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation group. He litigates in state and federal courts with a focus on commercial, environmental, product liability, toxic tort, contract and insurance disputes. He also represents local
governments and serves as outside general counsel to several entities. Tony received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Before joining Vorys, Tony served in the United
States Marine Corps, obtained the rank of Captain and served in Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Tony has been an active member of the CBA since 2000, participating in many functions including CLEs (presenter and attendee), committee meetings, and social activities. He has also been a member of the CBF since 2010 and is currently its immediate past president.
Adrienne Roach, Treasurer
Adrienne Roach is a Family Law Partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL. She is a member of their Board of Directors and serves as the leader of the firm’s Private Client Services Group. Adrienne has served as co-chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclu-
sion Committee, and she is a founder of the firm’s Women’s Initiative. She also serves as a mentor in the firm’s formal mento- ring program. She was the Cincinnati Bar Foundation President from 2016-2018. Her perfect Cincinnati day is walking to Findlay Market to shop in the morning, stop by Washington Park on the way back for whatever event is happening that afternoon, attending a Reds game or other local sporting event and ending with a great dinner at one of our amazing restaurants!
Hon. Nicole Sanders
Honorable Nicole Sanders has been a judge for the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio since 2020 presiding on the Drug Court. Prior to her election, she was a magistrate for the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Juvenile Court. Sanders sat on the Cincinnati Academy of Leader-
ship for Lawyers Steering Committee and was a former chair of its Ethic, Justice and Values section. She also was a member of the CBA Black Lawyers of Cincinnati Scholarships Committee, and a mentor for young lawyers through the Ohio Supreme Court’s Lawyer to Lawyer Program. Sanders is a lifelong resident of Hamilton County. She’s a mother and grandmother. Her favorite thing to do in Cincinnati is attend live music in Washington Park and other local venues.
Sanna-Rae Taylor
Sanna-Rae is a partner at Taft Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was a member of law review and had an opportunity to extern for U.S. Federal Judge Dee Benson during her third year of
law school. Prior to attending law school, and after receiving her undergraduate degree from Utah State University, Sanna-Rae was a human resources manager for Target Corporation and for Jet Blue Airways, where she was responsible for recruiting and employment matters for its Salt Lake City hub.
