Topics will include what is a copyright and how to obtain one, music publishing, production and the exclusive rights with a copyright and music revenue streams.
Ethical Issues in Representing a Rock Band
Attendees will learn the ethical issues in representing a rock band, using the Beatles as a case study. The speaker will discuss Model Rules of Professional Conduct, including rules 1.13, 1.14, 1.7, 2.1.
