and is a key member of the firm’s Data Privacy
& Cybersecurity Team. Cook’s practice includes
supporting businesses in navigating the complex
regulations surrounding the utilization of health
data. Cook earned his J.D. from Indiana Univer-
sity Maurer School of Law in 2012, and his B.S.
from Miami University in 2009. Cook is licensed
to practice law in Ohio. Harrison practices in
the firm’s Real Estate Group where she advises
clients on a wide variety of commercial real
estate and business transactions, including the
acquisition, sale, public and private financing,
development and leasing of commercial prop-
erties. Harrison earned her law degree from the
University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg
College of Law in 2024. Harrison earned her
B.A. from Centre College, summa cum laude,
in 2021. Harrison is admitted to practice law in
Ohio. Redlinger is an associate in the firm’s
Business Representation & Transactions Group.
Redlinger’s work focuses on assisting estab-
lished and emerging businesses with a broad
range of general corporate issues. Redlinger
earned his J.D. from Michigan State University
College of Law in 2022, magna cum laude, and
his B.A. in Political Science from the Univer-
sity of Michigan in 2017. Redlinger is licensed
to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. Riley is
an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment
Group. Her practice includes a wide range of
labor and employment matters. Riley earned
her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati
College of Law in 2024. Riley earned her B.A.
in political science from Bellarmine University,
magna cum laude, in 2021. Riley is admitted to
practice law in Ohio. Weaver is an associate in
the firm’s Litigation Group, where he focuses
his practice on complex commercial and general
corporate litigation matters. Weaver earned his
law degree from the University of Kentucky, J.
David Rosenberg College of Law in 2022, magna
cum laude, and his B.A. in Liberal Studies from
Thomas Edison State University in 2018. Weaver
is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
Wittman practices in the firm’s Business Repre-
sentation & Transactions Group. He represents
lenders and borrowers in connection with
various forms of debt financing transactions.
He also assists clients with general corporate
and commercial matters. Wittman earned his
law degree from the University of Cincinnati
College of Law in 2020, and his B.S. from The
Ohio State University in 2016, magna cum laude.
Wittman is licensed to practice law in Ohio.

tices in the firm’s Business Representation &
Transactions Group, advising public and private
companies in all aspects of general corporate
and business law matters including mergers and
acquisitions. Auteri earned her J.D. from Salmon
P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky
University, summa cum laude, in 2024, where
she graduated first in her class. Auteri is admitted
to practice law in Ohio. Colloton practices in
the firm’s Business Representation & Transac-
tions Group, focusing his practice in the areas
of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and busi-
ness planning. Colloton earned his law degree
from the University of Cincinnati School of Law
in 2024, cum laude. Colloton is admitted to prac-
tice law in Ohio. Cook is Of Counsel in the firm’s
