restructuring. He advises and represents finan-
cial institutions in a broad range of litigation
matters including the Uniform Commercial
Code (UCC), and the United States Bankruptcy
Code. Levine is a member of the Strauss Troy’s
litigation and corporate practice groups. He has
a reputation for the successful representation
of clients in commercial litigation (including
contractual and shareholder disputes), as well
as transactional matters (including the creation
and acquisition of various businesses). Jeff is
also one of the only local attorneys with a niche
practice in property valuation appeals. Suhre
is part of the Strauss Troy’s Domestic Relations
practice group where she focuses her practice
on family law, divorce/dissolution, and custody
matters. Understanding the complexity of
family law, Courtney provides compassionate
advocacy in matters dealing with divorce,
custody, child support, spousal support, prop-
erty division, and adoption. Waide is part of
the Strauss Troy’s Domestic Relations practice
group where she is experienced in negotiation,
mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, and
appellate practice. She served as Magistrate at
the Clermont County Court of Domestic Rela-
tions for several years and her experience on
the bench gives her a unique perspective in
advising clients in both litigated and collabo-
rative matters.
