Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has promoted Cincin- nati attorneys Jason Jonovski and Donald Warner to partner. Jonovski is an attorney with the firm’s intellectual property practice. He draws on his background in mechanical engineering to prepare and prosecute U.S., international, and foreign patent applications covering a variety of technologies. He also performs patentability, freedom-to-practice, and patent infringement investigations and advises on transactions involving his clients’ IP assets and portfolios. Warner is a public finance and economic development attorney with experience serving as special counsel, bond counsel and issuer’s counsel to cities, counties, states and special purpose govern- mental entities in conjunction with the structuring, negotiation and financing of many of the region’s most transformative redevelop- ment and infrastructure projects. Warner has also served as counsel to developers, non-profits, lenders and local governments on projects utilizing low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, qualified opportunity zone investments and other innovative funding sources.
